Due to the delicate nature of live plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damage. We will work with you to address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

We appreciate your understanding that live plants are perishable items and require careful handling.
