Platycerium 'Ginka' sporeling
Originating from the renowned Wanna Garden in Thailand, this variety was carefully selected from FSQ spore-grown seedlings.
Among many specimens, the “Gin-Ka” from Japanese collector Taro Kido is the most celebrated.
Its fertile fronds spread gracefully to both sides, with thick leaves covered in striking white stellate hairs. The fronds display an irregular yet romantic large wave form, ending with numerous short bifurcations. This unique texture and posture make it a must-have treasure for staghorn fern enthusiasts.
This one comes with a young offset pup emerging from the base, a promising next generation in the making!
