Platycerium veitchii 'Auburn River' - Offset from Mother Plant -  Beginner-Friendly with Elegant Silvery Fronds

Platycerium veitchii 'Auburn River' stands out for its rugged, silvery shield fronds and sturdy, upright antler fronds that develop a striking powdery bloom. Native to drier habitats, this cultivar has a sculptural form that pairs well with minimalist or naturalistic displays, making it a statement piece for mounted fern collections.

Exceptionally hardy and low-maintenance, it thrives in bright light and tolerates high heat and low humidity better than most staghorns. Its slow but steady growth and reliable pup production make it a rewarding choice for collectors who appreciate both beauty and resilience.
