P.'Elsa' - Offset from Mother Plant - ELS-02

Platycerium 'Elsa' - Offset from Mother Plant

Platycerium 'Elsa' is a prestigious and highly sought-after staghorn fern originating from the renowned Tonkla Ferntastic Garden in Thailand. Selected from the famed Pewchan 'Snow Queen' series (F307)—a hybrid lineage of P. veitchii and P. willinckii—this variety is celebrated for its ethereal, "snowy white" trichomes and stiff, upright fronds inspired by its Disney namesake. Its elegant form and luminous silver-white foliage make it a true showpiece in any rare plant collection.

This pup is a young offshoot from a mature plant — perfect for collectors who want a head start compared to growing from spores.

Add Mounting to Your Plant

Choose Potted to receive your plant in its pot, or select a mounted option to have it carefully mounted by hand and delivered ready to hang.

Each mounted option includes a handmade wood board, New Zealand sphagnum moss, natural coconut husk, and an wire hanger.

Board sizes:

• Small: Approximately 9.75 × 6.5 inches
• Large: Approximately 11 × 7.5 inches

Each board is unique. Shape, grain, color, bark, and dimensions may vary. Knots, small cracks, and uneven edges are natural characteristics. Photos are for reference; specific boards cannot be requested.

Natural wood may develop cracks over time. Boards typically last approximately 1.5–2 years; check yours regularly and replace it when needed.
